When you are photographed you will sign a release form allowing you to use the pictures in any way (make prints, post on Facebook, blogs, etc.) as long as the photographs are not edited by you or anyone else, in any way (including additions, subtractions, or any alterations).
Furthermore, by booking a session with me you are agreeing that I may use your pictures on the KL Photography Facebook Page, KL Photography Blog, etc. If you do not desire to have your pictures used in this manner I will honor your wishes, as long as I am informed before the end of the session.
By reading this, and by signing the release form the day of your session, you are agreeing to comply with my wishes and federal copyright laws.
